Flat Rate Delivery
We charge a flat rate of £4.75 for all UK orders, shipped via Tracked 1st Class Mail.
Free Delivery is automatically applied to all orders over £75.

Lead Time (we do not offer a rushed service)
Our standard lead time is 7–10 working days (excluding weekends) from order placement to delivery. 
During peak periods, this may extend up to 14 working days.

Proofs
PDF proofs are sent via email within 3–5 working days (excluding weekends).
We’ll only proceed to print once you’ve approved your design.

Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes — absolutely! Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a detailed PDF proof via email within 3–5 working days. We don’t print anything until we have your approval. This is part of our standard workflow to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

I need it tomorrow!
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a rush service. Every order is custom-made, involving skilled design, printing, and careful packing. Our turnaround is typically 1–2 weeks, so please allow for this when placing your order.

Zero Tolerance Policy (important)
We do not tolerate rude, aggressive, or abusive behaviour under any circumstances. Our work involves skilled, bespoke design, precise printing, and careful packing — all of which require time and focus. Customers are expected to respect our 1–2 week production timeframe. Failure to do so, or any form of disrespectful conduct, will result in immediate cancellation and refund of the order.
